HPIP has been working in many ways to close the labor shortage gap. It’s no secret that trade industries have been dealing with the weight of this issue for some time.

What problems arise from this? When there's a labor shortage in any trade industry that means contractors are worrying about getting the job done on time and getting the job done right. Not having the necessary professionals on staff can mean deadlines aren't being met and can have a hard impact on the company.
